Privacy Policy
Effective July 3, 2026
1. What we collect
Account data (your company, users, contact info), operational data you enter (jobs, customers, photos, notes, billing), your customers' booking details, and standard technical logs (IP, browser, usage events) for security and reliability.
2. What we do with it
Run the service, support you, secure the platform, and improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your business data to benefit other tenants.
3. Your customers' data
You're the controller of data about your customers; we process it on your instructions to provide the service (bookings, messages, invoices, portals). We act on deletion requests you forward.
4. Sharing
Only with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, messaging delivery, error monitoring) under contracts limiting use, or when law requires. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
5. Security
Encryption in transit, tenant isolation at the query layer, audited administrative actions, least-privilege access internally, daily backups.
6. Retention
Active-account data is retained while you subscribe. After cancellation: 90 days for export, then deletion from production (backups age out on schedule).
7. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data — most of it self-serve, the rest via privacy@dumpsteros.com. We honor applicable state privacy rights (including CCPA-style requests).
